The first operation carried out in the census phase consisted in the geolocation of the bridges and viaducts. This operation was particularly laborious since, with the exception of the Metropolitan City of Reggio Calabria and the Province of Crotone, the information provided by the managing bodies does not include the geographical coordinates of the works. For this reason, the geolocation operation was carried out, in the vast majority of cases, "manually" through the following steps: • search for the provincial road to which the bridge/viaduct belongs on Google Maps;
