Figure 8 presents the Force-Displacement and Stress-Strain diagrams. From both diagrams, it can be observed that the FEA analysis is in good agreement with the experimental measurements. At the peak phase, the difference in behavior stems from defects resulting from the entire process, starting with 3D printing, followed by casting, and ending with the removal of excess metal.

Figure 9 shows the Stress-Strain diagrams for Tests 1 and 2 compared with the DFT and DIC. The DFT correctly approximates the behavior up to 12% strain; for higher strains, it overestimates the behavior. The DIC provides an adequate approximation of the test.
