• Multi-criteria analysis of 150 roadworks with an area from 701 to 1300 square meters for which the aforementioned activity will include 1 day of work per roadwork and the provision of 2 technicians employed in the activity. • Multi-criteria analysis of 150 roadworks with an area from 1301 to 2500 square meters for which the aforementioned activity will provide 0.80% of a working day and the provision of 2 technicians employed in the activity. The aforementioned data was taken from the offer for the public tender of Service Provider which will be responsible for monitoring the roadworks of the Municipality of Rome for the three-year period 2022-2025.

The timetable of activities is depicted in Fig.2. The various sub-phases were sequenced according to the timing described above and the three phases (Level 0, 1 and 2) will last approximately 686 days or 23 months. The stage of drafting the level 1 defect sheets, it was superimposed on the inspection activity of the same stage. As regards Levels 3 and 4, at the moment there are insufficient elements to estimate their duration, taking into account the variability of the results of the previous phases and the number of works for which a safety assessment will be requested. After the phase of defining the resources and times, the economic estimation of the various phases was carried out, taking into account the amount of requirements to be put in place previously mentioned for each phase. Therefore, the costs related to labor, freight, equipment and materials, general expenses and business profits were calculated for each phase.
