3. Emergency management, and activation of urgent works Administration recognized the upcoming danger of collapsing, and public safety threat, so first of all ordered complete closing for transit (vehicles and pedestrians). Urgent works have been immediately activated thanks to art.140 of D.Lgs. 36/2023. With urgent works documents, named “verbale di somma urgenza” of 06/06/2025, formally Del Debbio Company could start to work. First target was to stabilize the column before other floods could definitely compromise bridge’s balance.
