The value of the critical deformation, which corresponds to the moment of the onset of discontinuous yield and the initiation of deformation bands of the PLC, in the uniaxial tensile test was 5.91%. Until this value is reached, no areas of localization of the plastic flow of the material are found on the surface of the specimen. Specimen no. 2 was tested for loading by torsion (loading by pure shear) with intermediate unloading (Fig. 4).
