The study, as summarized in Table 3 shows that, in the same loading conditions, the stress in the four implant models was different, and the greatest stress was 526.28 MPa for the design with a big loop and the lesser stress von Misses was multi loop fenestration 495.46 MPa. In terms of deformation, the use of hip stem with big loop fenestration experienced higher deformation compared to the others with value 0.56621 mm. The lowest deformation was the design with slot fenestration 0.54808. 4. Conclusions In the current study, four hip implant designs, namely without-fenestration design, with slot-fenestration design, with big loop-fenestration design, and with many loops-fenestration design were modeled.
