The highest risk of occurrence of a large fire is exposed to the fire-explosion-dangerous objects, by the example of which causes (scenarios) are identified and risks are calculated. The fire-explosion-dangerous objects is most at risk of a major fire due to technological failures. Similarly, it is possible to determine the risks for each factor of emergencies and their causes. Each emergency scenario can be worked out in more detail, as shown in Figure 6, which presents the scenario of the risk for electrical equipment fires on the fire-explosion-dangerous objects.
