2.2. Shake Tables and Actuators Each table is equipped with eight servo-hydraulic actuators: four horizontal (two longitudinal, two transverse) providing 6-DOF including vertical moments, and four vertical actuators managing vertical translations and horizontal rotations. Vertical actuators include servo-controlled preload for efficient static load support. All actuators have pressure and displacement transducers with redundancy for precise time-history tracking.
