shows that I S is higher than I I and the impact of steel and infills for intervention are the most relevant components, at the same time the cost of mortar and the cost of foundation intervention have a small impact. Please note that, for the environmental part only, the BRB cost has been splitted into a cost of steel components and the cost of filling mortar. It can then be stated that, for this application, the initial intervention cost, C I a ff ects LCCI more than damage due to seismic events, C S , whereas initial intervention impact, I I , a ff ects LCCI less than seismic damage repairing, I S . For both environmental and economic assessment, it can be noticed that the item that mostly impacts LCC are the infills. On the other hand, for both economic and environmental part the incidence of foundation cost is poor, which is instead di ff erent from what one might expect.
