The Data Distribution System (DDS) is designed as a means for visualization and querying of monitoring data from a Data Processing Center (DPC). The service includes: • Loading and validation of monitoring data; • Updating and implementation of maps; • Support; • Activation of user accounts; • All checks and maintenance to provide an efficient and fully functional service that is constantly updated; • Activation, verification, and maintenance of warning systems.

Verification and prompt communication of any issues related to data absence, even for short periods (e.g., lack of power supply to monitoring instruments on-site, instrument breakages, cable breakages, etc.), with a description of the issue and an estimate of restoration times. Continuous data acquisition is planned, with data issuance monthly or in the event of alert related threshold exceedances, to be defined in consultation with the Designer and the Client. Data will be purified from the effects of daily and seasonal temperature variations, correlated with the position of sensors and readings from corresponding thermal sensors. Monthly, the download of datasets and their graphical representation is envisaged. Specific threshold exceedance levels are established within the recordings, triggering automatic alarm signals.
