4. Conclusions The developed calculation technique makes it possible to trace in an analytical form the influence of the mechanical and geometric characteristics of the composite layered coating on its stress state and limit equilibrium under local load distributed along a line. It is shown that the limiting state of a layered coating can be achieved not at the place of the maximum equivalent stress, but at the place of the minimum of the safety factor. References Ahmed, W.
