This is an open access article under the CC BY-NC-ND license (https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0) Peer-review under responsibility of DMDP 2023 Organizers Abstract On the basis of running strength tests of the device for transporting semi-trailers on platform wagons of the 13-9004M model and dynamic running tests of a platform car with an installed cargo semi-trailer in a loaded state, a program of impact tests and tests of dropping from wedges has been developed for additional evaluation strength of the proposed device for transportation of semi trailers on platform wagons. According to the arrangement diagram of tensor resistors, strain gauges were installed on the elements of the device for transporting semi-trailers on a platform wagon of the 13-9004M model and connected into a Wheatstone half-bridge circuit with one active and compensating strain gauge. © 2024 The Authors.
