From the observation of the above Figs. (3 and 4) the average temperature in the Dhofar Governorate is moderate, as the highest temperature is about 37.5 C° in the month of June and the maximum wind speed reaches about 25 in the month of December. The calculations that were performed were in the Dhofar Governorate in the south of the Sultanate of Oman on the 21st of each month in the year 2017 where the Matlab program is used to deduce the solar system calculations. The Fig. 5 show the direct normal(DNI)and the direct solar radiation(DNIcos ) as a function of time, notice that the DNI starts with a small value at sunrise and reaches its maximum value at midday, and then this value begins to decrease from sunset. The DNIcos is based on an inciden angle, and since the mirrah follows the path of the sun from sunrise to sunset, the DNIcos starts increasing at morning and then decreases slightly during midday due to a non-zero incident angle. The beneficial solar radiation represented by (DNI cos ) is about 1100 / 2 at the March and about 1000 at the December.
