Minniti, Antonino Fotia, Raffaele Pucinotti / Structural Integrity Procedia 00 (2019) 000 – 000 3 O U + C CO = Concession charges, divided into primary and secondary urbanization charges (O U ) and the contribution to the construction cost (C CO ) S T = Technical expenses (Design, Construction management, Safety coordination, Static testing) I M = Unforeseen events C AS = Cost of connections to public services S G = Overheads S C = Marketing costs I = Interest on invested capital (Financial charges) There are also differences between the different typological price lists. Some, such as those developed by some professional associations and the Regions, report exclusively aggregate values for the different intended uses of the buildings, sometimes distinguishing them by levels of degradation. The price list drawn up by the College of Engineers and Architects of Milan, in addition to the aggregate values, also reports the incidence (absolute and percentage) of the individual processing categories on the entire construction cost. This price list also contains information relating to the consistency of the intervention and its characteristics (foundations, structures, systems and finishes). An example of summary table general structure of the costs of interventions can be as follows:

Tab. 1: Summary table of construction costs by processing category

From Tab. 1 it is clear how important it is, when drawing up the feasibility project, to identify the type of works that will be carried out to realize the intervention and the estimation of their possible percentage impact on the construction cost.
