The goal is maximum load in tensile test with optimized parameter so the software predicted parameter for this state (F=1953 N), (I=8095 Amp.), (T=40 cycle) the predicted output tensile strength is 10.4193 KN so when welding in this parameter the result tensile strength as same as predicted, see Figs. 14, and 13. The electrode force and welding current effect is shown in Fig.14.
