Conclusion Within the framework of the project for the unconventional reservoirs development made an estimation of mechanical properties anisotropy for Bajen formation and its influence on hydraulic fracturing design. With the help of cross-dipole broadband acoustic logging anisotropy zones were identified and TIV-elastic tensor was determined. Studies on the core confirm the presence of anisotropy and allow to calculate the static elastic moduli and strength characteristics. These results were used in conjunction with the extended logging data, drilling data, mini-fracturing and other studies to construct one-dimensional models of mechanical properties for a number of wells. The calculation of several variants of hydraulic fracturing designs at different points of initiation has shown the exceptional importance of taking into account the anisotropy of mechanical properties for the design and implementation of the fracturing procedure. Final model will be used further to optimize multifrac procedure. References 1. Weak elastic anisotropy / L.Thomsen // Geophysics, vol. 51, no.10, October 1986 2.
