There is N =28.1 value of thousands cycles for the cyclogram Fig. 3 with  R =1.8 from the equation (15). The value of the equivalent voltage at the N found in the equation (16)  E =382.7 М Pa (it is shown by the line in Fig. 3). 4. Conclusion Using the nonparametric statistics methods, a procedure for identifying the stress value of the product loading cyclogram steps by processing a random process of their strain in operation has been developed. On the basis of information obtained from fatigue damage sensors the problem of determination of the loading cyclogram steps duration has been solved.
