5. Conclusions In the expression for contact stresses in the area of interaction (6), functions associated with the thickness of the coating and the outer radius of the insert are highlighted as separate terms and factors. Therefore, when carrying out real calculations, it is possible to use the relatively small number of terms in a series, thereby eliminating the accumulation of computational error and ensuring that high accuracy due to the successful representation of the solution. This will allow researchers and engineers to correctly take into account profiles of contacting surfaces. It is important for analyzing the stress-strain state of the pipe with an insert placed in it. The solution obtained provides the ability to conduct a more accurate analysis of such a coupling when evaluating the durability and reliability of The present work was partially supported by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education within the framework of the Russian State Assignment (contract No. AAAA-A20-120011690132-4) and partially supported by Russian Foundation for Basic Research (project No. 19-51-60001).
