Abstract High-resolution rhythmocardiography with the analysis of heart rate variability is clinically tested in a group of thyroid cancer patients side by side with clinical and instrumental methods (ultrasound investigation, fine-needle aspiration biopsy, thyroid hormone investigation). The comparison of the indicators shows changes in the wave structure of heart rate variability, i.e. decreased amplitude of parasympathetic, sympathetic, and humoral metabolic fluctuations of heart rate variability. © 2022 The Authors.
