On Fig. 2 shows a photo of welded, flat samples with a thickness of 25 mm, 70 mm, 100 mm after testing at temperatures of 295K, 170K, 77K. Welded and non-welded cylindrical tubular samples were used to study the characteristics of crack resistance and kinetics of the original inclined surface semi-elliptical low-cycle cracks. Fig.3 shows diagrams of a cylindrical welded sample with applied initial surface multi-oriented semi-elliptical defects such as cracks, the fracture surface of the developing initial crack at low-cycle loading and a photo of a tubular non-welded sample with the original inclined cracks.
