The extrapolation of the recommendations of December 2008 of the IIS-IIW is carried out industrially for all the tetrahedrons using the GMSH [21] smoothing function of the results instead of using the more complex but similar extrapolation process required in [20] to evaluate the structural stress. This process was already tested and successfully applied to solve precedent similar problems. It produces very good results for fatigue classes under 71 MPa : As examples, an evaluation regarding fatigue was achieved in 2009 to design the clothoïdal CL shape of steel-concrete connection dowels [22,23,24,25] now introduced in future Eurocode 4. This method was used to evaluate rounded gusset at Dancourt bridges [26]. In 2018, this method to evaluate the bottom flange stiffeners of existing continuous four spans steel-concrete motorway composite box girder bridges [27,28] and also used to evaluate the Stress Concentration Factor (SCF) for various types of hangers implemented for tied-arch bridges as those described in [29]. The loads are a set of bending longitudinal stresses on the right section and shear forces  in the web as described in Fig. 14. The left section is embedded without any liberty of displacement. The resulting average longitudinal stress  in the flange at the location of the cope hole is 50 MPa. It remains constant for all studied load cases with different ratio  .
