A bearing metalwork of an updated solid fertilizer distributor has been used as a case of study. The comparison of obtained results with found experimentally qualitative and quantitative characteristics of stress-and-strain state of the distributor supporting frame has proved the efficiency of applied proposed approaches and models in calculations of bearing frame metalwork’s with arbitrary specified distribution of external loading which makes the use of given mathematical mod el possible for similar schemes of machines supporting frames. © 2022 The Authors. Introduction The development of analytical methods of bearing complex structural systems calculating, simultaneously statically indeterminate relative to the external supports and internal force factors, taking into consideration the discrepancy in calculations and obtained experimental data requires the creation of new models of frame structures Abstract Some complex modeling of typical external loads of structural systems elements has been conducted. The stress-and-strain state of fertilizers distributor metalwork based on the above-mentioned modeling has been simulated. A universal recording algorithm of both adaptive functions of bending torque moments and potential energy of deformations taking into consideration the unknown quantities of external supporting reactions and internal force factors has been found.
