parameter of the Hosford-Coulomb ductile fracture model was changed to match the breaking point of the tensile test with numerical results. Other main conclusions are as follows, • With the help of this work, the limit of material yield stress was accurately determined and cracks on the bending surface of material were successfully prevented. • Simulation and observation of real-world fracture events can be performed accurately by using the Hosford-Coulomb ductile fracture model. • For further investigations such as generation of fracture locus that covers plane strain valley, a detailed material test campaign which includes uniaxial tensile and notched tensile tests (PST) in a wide range of mechanics of DX51Ds, is planned.
