The underlying semi-bounded part of the structure is made of a 6mm hexagonal dielectric, while the upper layered part is made of a material with a rhombic system typical of the aa – phase. The Green's function of a complex medium is constructed, the distribution of poles, phase velocities are obtained. The influence of different values of the misfit strain for the aa – phase on the dynamic characteristics of the structure is studied. © 2021 The Authors. Published by ELSEVIER B.V. Introduction Using various deformations of mismatch in the creation of acoustoelectronic devices, it is possible to improve their quality characteristics or to achieve optimization in their production. Fei Wang and Wenhui Ma (2018) obtain phase diagram BaTiO3 (011) using the eighth-order free energy coefficients and it was shown that the relative size of the regions of the monoclinic phase is sensitive to electrostriction and elastic constants. Kazumi Watanabe and Kazunari Adachi (2001) study SH waves and clarify major wave phenomena in the transition layer with the non-uniform orientation of the principal axis of anisotropy. Kazumi Watanabe et al. (2002) obtain the Green's function for a cylindrical structure consisting of a monoclinic material. SH waves in free and clamped monoclinic plates were studied byA.L. Shuvalov et al. (2008), also the influence of arbitrary inhomogeneities along the plates was considered. t i t t t i it ti i l t t i i l i it i t l i l t . l i i t t t t i l i l t i , il t l t i t i l it i t t i l t .
