when the load is about 80 kN and 130 kN and they are localized near the jack. The signs of the appearance of inelastic deformations, obtained using different methods, are in good agreement. The presented experiments allow us to accumulate unique data on the strength, reliability and durability of concrete structures under static loads. These data are needed to understand the mechanisms of damage formation in concrete structures, to find precursors of failure, as well as to develop criteria allowing registration of the onset of the critical state. The results obtained can be used in the development and implementation of automatic deformation monitoring systems. The developed approaches, methods and tools for assessing the critical state of structures can be used for wide variety of engineering structures during their operation.
