Damage accumulation in the vicinity of the hole was created by means of preliminary low-cycle fatigue loading of specimens with holes. The damage accumulation functions for different stress ratio and stress range are expressed in an explicit form proceeding from distributions of the normalized stress intensity factor as a function of number of cycles. © 2020 The Authors.
