1. Introduction

Some models of solid bodies and certain criteria for materials strength estimation approved in the science about materials and in engineering practice in the first half of the 20 th century. The complex of these theoretical and experimental concepts and formulated methods for evaluation materials strength and fracture are now called “classical methods”.
