stone on a bridge that is installed instead of a cobblestone (registered decomposition and crowning); no access road for access to gravel cleaning machines in the Osojenički stream was left; lighting on the bridge is not in operation from the moment of leaving the construction site by the contractor; lighting around the bridge is not adequate. During the bridge survey, data were collected and analyzed (Bridge Report, Main Design, Bridge Management Plan, Old Stone Bridges, Milan Gojković and others), where the five major categories are classified as being directly or indirectly threatening the construction of the bridge: stability and durability (change of hydrology of HPP Visegrad causes erosion of foundations, floods, and due to seismic risk and aging process - deformations and collapse, material loss, separation, cracks); environmental conditions (defrosting of water freezing in joints endangers the stability of the vaults, bio-deterioration, sedimentation of calcium hydroxide); project management - deadline for elimination of defects exceeded and no use permit issued; maintenance and planning - the bridge has no structural health monitoring system; repair, maintenance and monitoring funds are insufficient. In order to preserve the integrity of the bridge and improve reliability, several types of improvement measures have been considered, including the development of a maintenance program (project design and software), Structural Health Monitoring SHM, monitoring the environment (seismic, flood, bio deterioration et all.), Bridge Maintenance Design, HBIM Implementation Plan and others. The bridge integrity monitoring system consists of a system of polygonal points that serve to monitor the performance of the bridge (displacements, rotations, etc.) in real time. BIM (Building Information Modeling) is a smart 3D modeling process that enables professionals in architecture, engineering and construction (AEC) to use tools for more efficient planning, design, construction and management of facilities and infrastructure. BIM integrates physical, environmental, commercial and functional data and each of its components, parts and systems. Heritage Building Information Modeling HBIM can be defined as a database of a historical object in which the geometric model is associated with descriptive information from multiple sources. Spatial data of heterogeneous forms using advanced geometric techniques of 3D modeling enable precise reproduction of the object. Objectives, construction and scale, as well as the expected level of detail of the model - significantly influence the access to data collection (sensors, accuracy), as well as data processing. When emanate modeling is performed according to parametric rules, the forms and properties of objects connect with subjects of the semantic definition, the model is ready for monitoring. Structural Health Monitoring is used to detect: critical cracks (expected fracture) and cause of cracks. Integrity monitoring consists of: procedures and monitoring system. The monitoring system with remote control and the assumption based on the market price of the system for one sensor of 540 euros was considered, the tendency towards massive application and the optimization of the number of sensors by the SHM experts would enable the reduction of the costs for the development of this system.

The bridge maintenance design is an integral part of the As Built Design for bridge spans L ≥ 5,0 m of the contractor's obligations and is made by a designer (Guidelines for design, construction, maintenance and road monitoring) and contains instructions for maintaining the bridge, it preserves its designed function, safety and durability. The maintenance project contains all important information about the facility, inspection and maintenance. Bridge maintenance project contains: textual part, numerical and graphic representations; drawings and descriptions; guarantees; certificates, schemes, corresponding parts that define: the spatial position of the facility and infrastructure in the state system; geometric characteristics of the object - drawings, exact position of the foundation, installation, connections, position of
