2.3. C(T) test results Fracture toughness test was performed using a 0.5T C(T) specimen. The specimen is designed by ASTM E1820 09. It has the thickness of t=12.7mm and the width of W=25.4mm. The specimen has side-groove of 60 o with 0.5mm notch radius. The test was conducted with load line velocity of 1mm/min under both monotonic and cyclic loading condition. Test under cyclic loading condition is performed with load ratio R = P min / P max = -1. The test results under monotonic loading are described in Fig. 3a and the test results under cyclic loading are shown in Fig. 3b.
