The received results allow to regulate the admitted sizes differently oriented surface semi-elliptic inclined small cycle cracks and them kinetics on volume of a detail of a design which illustrate the good coordination of experimental results and numerical calculations. On the basis of the functional dependences submitted in work, it is possible to carry out specification of a complex estimation of durability and survivability of elements of the responsible equipment with the account is higher than the specified factors, as with linear, and nonlinear regional conditions loading.
