Figure 7 shows the results of tensile test for spot wedded specimens. The curves data have been taken from software table 3. The optimum curve in green color shows the higher tensile strength (pullout fracture). 4.2. Low carbon sheet thickness 0.9 mm This type of steel sheet differed from steel with thickness 0.7 mm by carbon and manganese content, see table 1. So that, the mechanical properties different in ultimate tensile strength, yields strength and total elongation. The specimens for this group have been welded according to the plan given by the software program (design of expert). All 27 trails run welded according to the specific parameters condition as show in table 3. After that the specimens are tested in tensile machine. The resulted strength loads put in the software table and analyzed, model Analysis of variance as show in table 5.
