with the Provincial Fire Brigades - holders of the technical triage logic used in emergencies - along with the scientific support of Universities and Professional Orders of Engineers. All data collected through this collaborative framework will be managed by a single integrated IT platform. This system, featuring a comprehensive situational dashboard, will enable informed decision-making in both ordinary conditions and emergency scenarios, such as natural disasters or critical events. By centralizing these flows, the model confirms ANSFISA as the technical gravity center and the supreme authority in the land transport safety sector. This transition toward a risk-based safety management supported by technical triage represents the only viable strategy to increase the resilience of the national transport system, while reducing decision-making uncertainty and the social costs associated with infrastructure failures.
