Among the various interferometric products obtained, the most representative results for each bridge are the interferometric sections: for the Regina Margherita Bridge, the section along the longitudinal axis highlights the settlement gradient towards mid-span; for the Amedeo VIII Bridge, the corresponding section instead confirms an almost flat profile, consistent with the absence of significant deformations (Fig.6).

Conclusions This study has demonstrated the effectiveness of an integrated, multi-sensor approach to bridge monitoring, combining TInRAR, photo-monitoring and satellite-based InSAR. TInRAR proved suitable for characterising static and dynamic behaviour under controlled loading, providing simultaneous measurements of deck displacements and frequency content. Photo-monitoring complemented these results by detecting subtle scenario changes (such as debris accumulation and associated movements) and confirming the absence of visible degradation on the main structural components. InSAR analysis highlighted a differentiated behaviour between the two bridges: Regina Margherita shows a measurable, mainly vertical settlement concentrated at mid-span, whereas Amedeo VIII remains within stability thresholds, with only seasonal, reversible oscillations. Overall, the combined use of these techniques offers a robust and scalable framework for long-term structural health monitoring and supports informed maintenance and risk-management decisions for strategic transport infrastructure.
