Abstract As part of the Italian National Centre for Sustainable Mobility (CN MOST), and specifically within Spoke 7 Work Package 4, "Resilience of Networks, Structural Health Monitoring and Asset Management", coordinated by Politecnico di Torino and Movyon S.p.A., a collaborative effort has been made to develop a novel instrumented vehicle for bridge monitoring (iBHM+). This initiative brought together industrial expertise and academic research to design and experimentally test an innovative mobile platform capable of acquiring multiple measurements, including dynamic data for indirect Bridge Structural Health Monitoring. In this regard, field tests have been conducted between January and March 2025. These tests were performed on several highway viaducts along the Tangenziale di Napoli (Ta.Na.) and on river-crossing bridges in and around Turin. This short contribution presents these experimental campaigns, showcasing the capabilities and limitations of current instrumentation and indicating future research directions. The results of all these field tests will be reported in future works.
