III Fabre Conference: Existing Bridges, Viaducts, and Tunnels: Research, Innovation, and Applications Definition of the workflow for the design and management of ASPI network monitoring systems within the PNRR Roberto Acerbis a * a Tecne Gruppo Autostrade per l’Italia, via Bergamini 50, Rome 00159,Italy Abstract The intervention plan proposed by Autostrade per l'Italia (ASPI) for "the implementation of a dynamic monitoring system for the remote control of bridges, viaducts, and tunnels on the motorway network. Complementary Fund to the PNRR - Mission 3" pursuant to Decree of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Sustainable Mobility (MIMS) No. 93 of April 12, 2022, involved 1246 bridge and viaducts spans /tunnel segments of the motorway network, to be continuously and automatically monitored. This objective required the definition of objective criteria and common strategies, with particular attention to the description of an integrated and well defined workflow between the individual phases and the various stakeholders involved in the process. The development of a workflow that takes into account all aspects (technical, technological, and management) and creates synergy among the specialists involved in the various phases is essential to obtain greater awareness in the monitored structures and enabling the operator to schedule the maintenance and prioritization decisions based on real data. This paper aims to outline a well-defined corporate process, optimizing the monitoring systems management process, focusing on:
