ductility and transforming the global behavior of the structure, compensating for the historical deficiencies of Feb38k reinforcement and the variability of the concrete used at the time. The methodologies applied in this work lay the groundwork for further investigation in the field of seismic protection for school buildings. A significant future development concerns the integration of permanent structural health monitoring (SHM) systems, which would allow for the long-term validation of the effectiveness of the reinforcement interventions and the evaluation of the building's real dynamic response following low-intensity seismic events. Furthermore, research could be extended to analyze the influence of masonry infills on the non-linear response, exploring more sophisticated frame-panel interaction models to further refine the global capacity estimate. Finally, the simplified approach adopted here could be integrated into a BIM (Building Information Modeling) platform for the digital management of the building's life cycle and maintenance, optimizing resources allocated to structural safety.
