This contribution presents an open-source interactive map platform developed by the Global Earthquake Model (GEM) Foundation within the PAPERS project (Piattaforma Analisi Pericolosità E Rischio Sismico). The project has been funded as one of the cascade grants launched by the High-Performance Computing, Big Data and Quantum Computing Research Centre, one of the five National Centres established by the Italian National Recovery and Resilience Plan (NRRP), under Spoke 5 – Environment and Natural Disasters. The platform integrates earthquake ruptures and ground motion models, building and infrastructure exposure, fragility and consequence models, and enables scenario-based analysis using the OpenQuake Engine. A catalogue of earthquake scenarios, incorporating both historical and stochastic seismic events, allows for the exploration of earthquake consequences such as damaged buildings, economic losses, and human impacts across multiple geographic scales and structural typologies, including dedicated components for infrastructure assets such as bridges and roads. The platform leverages open-source tools to provide an interactive and extensible environment for both researchers and decision-makers. It supports user-defined scenarios and model inputs, facilitating flexible earthquake scenario assessments and integration with other software.
