1. Introduction The progressive electrification of industrial machinery, including agricultural and construction equipment, is led by environmental requirements, with the necessity to bring efficiency improvements. A such technological breakthrough demands rebuilding the architecture, instead of adapting to an existing structure. Unlike existing technologies specification relies on established standards, integrating electric powertrains into new products demands adapted specifications. This transformation raises questions about on one side on qualifying the durability of components, and on the other side on assessing the overall product energy efficiency, in different environments and usage. As a result, charactering diverse customer usages generate a huge amount of measurement data. Understanding these usages requires a dedicated infrastructure that combines data storage, indexing, agile querying capabilities, and in background raw signal analysis tools to calculate metrics. The designer needs to rely on a Big Data environment to merge various types of data, to perform automated analysis within a high performance, and to dynamically display dashboards from user requests. This paper will present the overall context, the methodology used to perform test signal processing and prepare test database, how the infrastructure is working and two industrial application s on a heat pump for vibration specification design and on an industrial electrified cart about battery consumption.

2. Context The global move towards electrification raises major challenges for Multiphysics data processing, in different topics: ✓ Structural: Loads, displacements, strains ✓ Structural and accessories: Acceleration ✓ Environmental characteristics: Temperature, hygrometry ✓ Energetic performances: DC and AC Current, DC and AC Voltage, Torque and rotating speed. ✓ Usage: CAN bus The energetic performance characterization concerns electrified vehicles, except on structural perimeter, but also thermal engine powered vehicles, in order to quantify, optimize and design its electrification, on all perimeters. Consequently, EPROM or another “E - mobility” project were launched to collect and process engineering data, where the indexation with metadata enables to identify the usage contexts. The other need concerns in current scope of work the treatment and data crunching into: ✓ Time at level ✓ Surface Efficiency Map ✓ Consumed energy ✓ Component performance and global efficiency ✓ Vibration spectra and signal processing
