Formulas have been proposed to determine the relative critical and ultimate deformations of glued wood. 2. Based on experimental findings, comprehensive deformation diagrams of the studied species of glued wood under axial compression along the fibres were created. 3. Key subcritical and critical parameters were identified through both experimental and theoretical approaches, including temporary ultimate strength, as well as relative critical, ultimate, and residual deformations. 4. It was observed that the formula for calculating the relative critical deformations of glued wood correlates well with experimental data. References
