optimum mixture, comprising 15% bagasse ash, 20% foundry sand, and 1.0% steel fibres, demonstrated enhanced compressive, tensile, and flexural strength, along with increased resistance to sulphate attack and diminished water absorption. The test findings indicated a compressive strength range of 29.2 MPa to 38.10 MPa, a split tensile strength range of 3.12 MPa to 4.33 MPa, and a flexural strength range of 4.50 MPa to 5.90 MPa. The Ultrasonic Pulse Velocity (UPV) test indicated concrete quality ranging from satisfactory to exceptional, with values between 4.080 km/s and 4.652 km/s. The results underscore the potential of utilizing industrial by-products and fibres to create high performance, environmentally sustainable concrete with improved durability, hence promoting greener construction methodologies.
