3. Testing of prepared aggregate Aggregates were tested for various physical and mechanical properties as per IS 2386-1963 and compare with the properties of conventional aggregates as mentioned in IS 383-2016. The physical properties such as flakiness index test, elongation index test and specific gravity were studied. Mechanical properties such as impact test crushing test were also studied. 3.1 Physical Properties 3.1.1 Flakiness Index Test
