• To assess seismic performance parameters, including Base shear, story drift, story displacement, Time period and modal mass participation ratios. • To conduct multiple analysis methods like linear static, RSA and THA using ETABS software. 2. Materials and Methods 2.1 Structural Design parameter and Material Properties All Models are performed in ETABs software version 22.0.0. Important RC Building (office) is considered, located in Guwahati, which falls under the seismic Zone-V with a terrain category of type-II. Table.2 represents the arrangement of braces and its location type to justify the effect of location of braces in the model and the best results come from L3 configuration based on Story Stiffness with more than 50% variation at top story and rest of 2 models (V-braced and Eccentric braced) are further performed by following L3 configuration model replacing from X-brace.
