8. Conclusion MIX-SCC 3 is the best-performing self compacting concrete (SCC) mix in all evaluated aspects. It demonstrates the highest compressive, flexural, and split tensile strengths, making it the most effective mix for construction applications. Additionally, it has the best chloride resistance, ensuring superior durability in chloride-exposed environments. These properties establish MIX-SCC 3 has the requiring enhanced workability, strength, and durability. The slump flow test results show that the 500 mm flow diameter is in accordance with IS standards, although bottom ash and copper slag increase with decreasing flow. The T500 time of 4.0 seconds is also in accordance with IS standards, which suggest a 3-5 second range. The J-ring test result shows a blocking height of 9.0 mm, which is significantly lower than the IS limit of 20 mm, and shows good flowability. The V-funnel test result of 9 seconds also verifies good viscosity, as IS suggests a maximum of 12 seconds for SCC. MIX-SCC 3 is stronger and more durable compared to other mixes. It has the highest compressive strength of 41.56 N/mm², the highest flexural strength of 3.61 N/mm², and thehighest split tensile strength of 2.4 N/mm² at 28 days. Its lowest chloride permeability of 902.9 mA also improves durability, and it can be applied in structures that are exposed to aggressive environments. MIX-SCC 3 outperforms other mixes with strength improvements of over 20% in compressive, 24% in flexural, and 28% in split tensile strength. It also shows up to 30% lower chloride permeability. Workability is enhanced with over 6% higher slump flow, 45% lower J-ring blocking height, and 24% faster V-funnel time.
