4. Conclusions The processing of digital models, beyond the continuous updates and developments of dedicated software, increasingly requires the definition of operational protocols capable of guaranteeing the reliability and accuracy necessary for their correct use, especially in the phases of disciplinary interchange. In the case of models concerning historic buildings, the topic is even more relevant because additional and specific factors intervene (from technical constructive ones to historical-monumental ones, from conservative ones to those linked to temporal stratifications) compared to BIM modeling, such as demonstrated, they represent a characterizing element.
