expected to have the highest cracking load, owing to the absence of stress concentration. Conversely, nearly half the cracking load can be expected for all corrugated architectures, with negligible differences among them. This observation leads us to conclude that despite its singularity, the sharp edge remains the best choice for addressing corrugation in 3DP structures, provided that the singular region and its consequences are effectively managed.
