4. Structural assessment based on natural frequencies

The inspection of Fig. 5 suggests that the identified natural frequencies of the dam are mostly subjected to thermal and water level changes. Therefore, in order to assess the structural integrity based on natural frequencies, it is necessary to filter out the effects due to EOV, before approaching any anomaly detection paradigm.
