In Step 3, the ' ℎ ' function in MATLAB is employed to derive the analytic signal from the 10 th IMF, as illustrated in Fig. 3. Furthermore, as demonstrated in Fig. 4, the analytic signal's magnitude represents the complex envelope of the initial signal. Consequently, the absolute magnitude of this analytic signal is utilized to construct the ODS curve for a healthy bridge, which is depicted in Fig. 4(b).
