4. Discussion Fig.7 and Fig.11 illustrate the changes of ANNs adopted diverse loss functions with different ratios of questionable samples (the value of the output becomes its opposite number). According to Fig.7, ANNs with MSE and MSAPE are sensitive to wrong samples while the MAPE remains steady almost throughout the rate from 0 to 0.08. The MSE has the worst performance, which drops sharply with the ratio changing from 0 to 0.04 and then stays steady after 0.04. Likewise, the MSAPE also has a decrease and reaches the
