3.6. Piezoelectric Properties To determine the piezoelectric properties of the composite sample, a square wave force was applied onto the material, and the voltage measurements across the sample were recorded. The composites, which included a perforated PVDF layer, were investigated in terms of their piezoelectric properties. The measurement technique involved applying a force of 10 N and recording the voltage response using an oscilloscope. Figure 8 represents the voltage output of the composite The peak-to-peak voltage output of the composite was obtained as ~100 mV.
