3.3.2. Variation of strain hardening slope In order to see the effect of strain hardening slope, two different strain hardening slopes was simulated. The strain hardening slopes used in this study were shown in Figure 11. The simulation results show that the lower slope generated buckling mode, while the higher slope generated crippling failure mode, as presented in Table 9.
